Eligibility for Returns

 
To initiate a valid return with Waopiy, your item must meet three key criteria: it must be unused and in its original, unaltered condition, kept in all original packaging and materials; you must notify our team of your return request within 14 days of receiving your order; and you must have a valid proof of purchase on hand, such as your order confirmation email or digital invoice linked to the transaction. Only items that meet all these requirements will be processed for return.
 

Non-Returnable Items

 
Certain products are excluded from our return policy, and we’re transparent about these exceptions to avoid any confusion. We cannot accept returns for any items marked as final sale on our website—these are clearly indicated at the time of purchase. Additionally, personal care products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Custom-made or personalized items, crafted to your specific requests, are also non-returnable, as they are uniquely tailored for your use.
 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Shipments

 
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the product you ordered (e.g., wrong style, size, or item), please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. We’ll prioritize resolving this for you, either by arranging a free replacement shipment or issuing a full refund at your preference. To speed up the verification process, we may request clear photos of the affected item and its original packaging—this helps us confirm the issue and take action quickly.
 

Refund Processing Details

 
Once your returned item is received at our warehouse and inspected to confirm it meets our return eligibility rules, we’ll initiate your refund promptly. All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that refund timelines vary by financial institution, and it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is necessary due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective product, incorrect shipment, or packaging damage from our fulfillment).
 

Return Shipping Responsibilities

 
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for all returns that are not a result of our error (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection made by the buyer). For your peace of mind and to ensure we can track and confirm receipt of your return, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with delivery confirmation. Waopiy cannot be held responsible for any returned items that are lost, damaged, or undelivered during transit if a non-trackable shipping method is used.
