2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
Your order’s journey begins as soon as your payment is confirmed. Our team works quickly to process and prepare your order—most orders are fully processed, packaged, and handed off to our trusted shipping partners within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays do not count toward processing times, as our team focuses on ensuring accuracy and care in every order preparation.
Once your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive an immediate email notification with a unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s progress. This lets you check where your order is at any time, from dispatch to delivery.
